Report a cybersecurity vulnerability

TTA-ISO is committed to maintaining secure products and systems. Have you discovered a potential cybersecurity vulnerability in one of our machines, software applications, or digital services? Please report it to us so that we can investigate and, where necessary, take appropriate action.

Send your report to security@tta-iso.com. In urgent situations, please also contact our service team by phone or chat. Details are available on our contact page.

If possible, please include:

·      Product name and model

·      Software or firmware version

·      A description of the vulnerability and its potential impact

·      Steps to reproduce the issue

Please do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have had sufficient time to investigate and resolve it. We also ask that you perform only the actions necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability. Do not access, modify, or delete customer data, and do not disrupt any systems or services.

We will acknowledge receipt of your report within five business days. We will carefully assess the reported vulnerability and, where necessary, take appropriate measures to resolve it.
